- Ansar Ahmad Shaikh
Ansar, the youngest IAS officer of the country is the son of Yonus Sheikh Ahmad, who works as an autorickshaw driver in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra, India.
His mother is the second wife of his father out of the three and she is a field worker and his brother is a school dropout who left his schooling while he was in standard VII. And after that, he started helping his family and helped his brother, Ansar in his preparation for the UPSC examination by working in the garage.
- Saloni Verma
IAS Saloni Verma is a 3rd-year student of Economics who secured AIR 70 in UPSC 2020 without coaching. She always wanted to be a Chartered Accountant and pursued it since her school days, however, due to a family crisis she had to quit it and stay away from her studies for years. In the last 3 years, she has studied on her own without any coaching.
- Swati Meena Naik
Swati Meena Naik is an MP Cadre IAS officer from the 2008 batch. She is largely recognised as one of Madhya Pradesh’s most energetic and effective public employees in recent years. She is particularly interested in improving educational and healthcare conditions, as seen by the results of her efforts in several MP districts.
She’s also renowned for being a tough cop. When the UPSC results were published in 2008, she had become a national phenomenon. She was the world’s youngest applicant to pass this exam. In 2016, Ansar Sheikh broke her own record. In the women’s division, she is still the youngest.
- Amrutesh Aurangabadkar
2012 batch IAS officer Amrutesh K Aurangabadkar was on Monday appointed as Private Secretary to Dr. Munjpara Mahendrabhai, Minister of State for Women and Child Development for a period of five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
The Modi government has approved the appointment of Aurangabadkar as Private Secretary for a period of five years with effect from date of assumption of charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
- Ankur Garg
Ankur Garg became the youngest IAS officer all over India at the age of 22. He cleared the IAS examination in his first attempt in the year 2003.
