Urvashi Rautela hailed as the ‘Diamond Of India’ by the Mayor of Maharashtra, Kishori Pednekar – Beauty Pageants – Indiatimes

Former beauty queen, actress, and internet sensation Urvashi Rautela was recently designated as an official jury member for the Dada Saheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2022. Applauding her courage and achievements over the years, Mayor of Maharashtra, Shrimati Kishori Pedneker, called her the “Diamond Of India.”

Urvashi, who was the youngest panelist at the event, was overwhelmed with the kind word of appreciation by Kishori Pedneker. Taking to Instagram, the diva shared a post where the Mayor is seen lauding the beauty queen and proudly addressing her as the “Diamond of India” for her national and international feat. She further went on to praise her parents for her rightful upbringing.

Walking the red carpet at the award ceremony, Urvashi looked stunning as she donned a violet sequin saree paired with a sleeveless velvet blouse.
