rahul: Modi scared of Congress as it has exposed him: Rahul | India News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi is scared of Congress because “it exposes his nexus with billionaires and his fake image created by his brand managers”, Rahul Gandhi told reporters on Tuesday.
The Congress leader made light of Modi’s sharp attacks on the opposition party in Parliament, calling it a ploy to duck the issues he had raised about “two Indias”, capturing of institutions, and the China-Pakistan threat to India.
On Modi’s attacks on Nehru, Rahul said, “If you want to abuse Congress or Nehru, be my guest. But please do your job.” He said Nehru gave his entire life to the country and “does not need any certificate from anyone”. “The PM’s entire speech was about Congress and Nehru, but he didn’t speak about what BJP has not done. There is fear of Congress in him,” he said.
Rahul said, “…Modi is creating two Indias — one for the extremely rich and the other for the vast majority of poor. He is attacking and destroying India’s institutions. I saw foreign minister’s statement (about Rahul’s China threat remark). He obviously does not understand his job very well. The $90 billion Belt and Road project, Pakistani military people sitting in China and looking at China-Pakistan strategy. Chinese troops are in PoK. He should understand something new is taking place. …The government is asleep and I am advising them to please wake up.”
Party MP Shaktisinh Gohil said the PM is scared of naming China.
Mallikarjun Kharge said, “Everybody was lauding Rahul’s speech in Lok Sabha, and the PM was rattled. So he wanted to say things against Congress to divert people’s focus from the issues raised by Rahul.”
