The diva, who was appointed as the national UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for Child Rights in 2010, continues to promote and support every mission and initiative of UNICEF.

Recently, the queen and many celebrities from the entertainment industry participated in a music video created by UNICEF, urging everyone to mask up and follow Covid-19 guidelines amid the rising cases.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan, singers Shankar Mahadevan and Harshdeep Kaur, Indian Idol 12 winner Pawandeep Rajan and Olympic medalist PV Sindhu have featured in the music video that UNICEF India shared to raise awareness amid the surge in COVID-19 positive cases.

While many showcase the correct practices to be followed during these challenging times, Priyanka, too, joined in and was seen wiping down the handrail of a staircase with sanitizer to keep the virus out.
