Former beauty queen and actress, Nikita Dutta, has expressed her gratitude and admiration towards the Mumbai Police and is in ‘complete awe’ of them.

Following her stint at Femina Miss India 2012, Nikita made her Bollywood debut with
Lekar Hum Deewana Dil and soon became a household name by being featured in several films and TV series. The stunning beauty who was last seen in the film
Dybbuk opposite Emraan Hashmi recently encountered an unfortunate incident and reached out to Mumbai Police for help.

Nikita took to Twitter to convey her gratefulness to the entire team of officers who helped retrieve her phone via an ‘unbelievably difficult investigation.’ Thanking each one of them, namely, API Nadvinkeri, PSI Anandrao Kashid, HC More, PN Patil, PC Sonawane, PC Thakre, PC Mali, PC Gaikwad, PC Chatur, with a shout out for being “undoubtedly the best 🙌🙏”

Last year during an event, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray also praised the entire force stating, “There is no end to the accomplishments of the Mumbai Police, and the tradition of policing dates back to 150 years. With this long tradition and their efficiency, no matter how much one tries, he will not be able to malign their image, and I promise that if anyone attempts to do so, I will not allow that to happen.”
