Junaid is a resident of Nagina (Bijnor). He get his Electronics engineering degree studying from Sharda University, Noida. His father is a professional lawyer and, his mother is a housewife. He has two younger siblings — a brother and a sister and an elder sister who is married.

Journey

Junaid Ahmad cleared IAS in his Fifth Consecutive attempts. Before this in 2017, He was working in IRS (Indian Revenue Service).
Junaid Ahmad has completed his Intermediate from Aligarh Muslim University. At that time he was not much serious about studies. He remained an average student all this time. After completing Intermediate, through distance learning he his graduation from IGNOU . In his last year of graduation, he make up his mind for UPSC preparation. This decision has completely changed his life. He get admission to Jamia Residential Coaching for preparing UPSC. He is basically a very type of a person who is not involved in big and big activities. His parents’ last seen him that time. Only his friends and his teachers of Jamia residential coaching had seen him those days. He is the kind of person who spends most of the time studying. He looks after himself, does not bother about food, clothing and other small things.

Ahmed was preparing for UPSC since 2014. He never lost hope and started showing more dedication for exams. He used to study for five – six hours for his preparations.

Success Story

Junaid Ahmad failed three times in a row in UPSC exams . Showing his patience and determination he went for fourth attempt. He passed the UPSC exam in his fourth attempt but getting the rank 352. Due to his rank, he get IRS service. He was really determined to become an IAS officer. So he went for the fifth attempt. Luckily this time his dream come true by securing All India Rank 3rd.
