NEW DELHI: The history of the relationship between India and Israel is dates back to centuries, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday. He was speaking on the 30th anniversary of India-Israel full diplomatic relations.
There has been a strong relationship between the people of the two countries, he said.
“Today, when the world is witnessing important changes. And the importance of India-Israel relations has increased even more. I am fully confident that the India-Israel friendship will achieve new milestones through mutual cooperation in the coming decades,” he also said
“India is celebrating 75 years of independence this year, and Israel will mark 75 years of independence next year,” the Prime Minister said while talking about India-Israel tie.
Calling the bond shared by India and Israel “special”, PM Modi also congratulated the people of the two countries.
